A 5-6 oz cut of beef grilled then seared and served on a bed of
romaine lettuce with tomatoes, pears, walnuts, and blue cheese
crumbles. This salad is served with your choice of dressing. |

Thinly shredded, firm tofu is fried crisp and tossed with carrots,
peanuts, coriander, rice noodles and coated with our own sesame soy
dressing. Served over sliced cucumbers. |

A petite 3-4 ounce cut of fresh Ahi Tuna, lightly coated with sesame
