Tiger Prawns are wrapped with bacon and stuffed with jalapeno peppers then oven roasted until golden brown. This entree is served with a chile lime dipping sauce.

GRILLED SEA SCALLOPS . . .
These delicate sea scallops are gently grilled and served on top of a tomato ginger vinaigrette sauce.

CANADIAN WALLEYE . . .
Walleye fillet, covered with toasted almonds and seasoned bread crumbs, pan fried to golden brown and topped with cranberry-kirsch butter. A lighter, grilled or poached version is also available. Simply make the request with your server.

GRILLED "BONE-IN" NEW YORK STRIP STEAK . . .
This 14 oz "bone-in" strip steak is a cut above the rest, grilled to the temperature that you like and then served with caramelized onions and blue cheese crumbles.

PAN FRIED BREADED PORK LOINS . . .
Two Canadian Pork Loins pounded and lightly breaded are pan fried. Served topped with sliced portabella mushrooms, Asiago, Parmesan cheese and covered with a white wine cream sauce.

GRILLED RIBEYE . . .
-- Grilled portabello mushroom cap . . .
A well seasoned and grilled 12 oz USDA Choice Ribeye accompanied by a roasted garlic burgundy sauce.

SALMON WITH SOY-KAFFIR LIME SAUCE . . .
Grilled Fresh Atlantic Salmon finished with a reduction made with soy sauce, sugar, lime juice and Kaffir lime leaves.

FILET MIGNON AND SHRIMP SCAMPI . . .
A tender 5-6 oz filet mignon wrapped in smoked bacon and grilled, then roasted to your liking. Served with fresh linguini tossed in a buttery lemon wine sauce with fresh herbs and sautéed shrimp. (Does not include potato or rice choice.)

AHI TUNA . . .
Fresh Ahi Tuna coated with sesame seeds and seared to medium rare. This sushi grade of tuna is served over Chinese noodles and topped with a syrup that is a reduction of a balsamic, rice wine and black vinegar. (Does not include potato choice)

BROILED STUFFED LOBSTER TAIL . . .
Grilled lobster tail is cracked, stuffed with sautéed red and green peppers, celery, onions, butter and bread crumbs and baked in the oven.

Pork tenderloin medallions, marinated and grilled, then glazed with a port wine cranberry sauce.

A whole white meat breast, rolled with fresh asparagus, pesto (pine nuts) and Cheddar Cheese lightly breaded with Japanese bread crumbs, pan fried, and baked to perfection. Our hollandaise mushroom sauce tops this entr&3233;e.

CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA . . .
A whole white meat breast, with thinly sliced ham, provolone and Parmesan cheese, fresh basil and garlic rolled inside. Each parcel is rolled in seasoned bread crumbs and pan fried, then roasted and served with a creamy plum tomato sauce.

ST LOUIS STYLE RIBS . . .
One half rack of St Louis Style Ribs tenderized by boiling in a 10 spice seasoned broth, grilled, then baked and topped with our own peach bourbon BBQ sauce.

Each entree is served with your choice of house salad or cup of soup.
